Liz Sweet Hammond RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Acupuncturist

Liz graduated from ICT Northumberland College in 2000 with a diploma in Massage Therapy. From here her passion for the healing arts has grown into a strong desire to connect more deeply to how the body holds trauma, experiences and our simple daily lives.

In 2015 she graduated with Advanced Acupuncture from the College of Acupuncture & Therapeutics.

Along the road she has included CranioSacral, Visceral Manipulation and Yoga.

She believes listening to where and how the body holds it's daily happenings allows us to move forward in our life without taking them along for the ride!
